This was a refreshing way to start 2007. All sorts of old friends and cohorts came out to play. Friend after friend piled in, so before we even started our pre-show rev-up playlist, we were all on cloud nine. Six people won prizes of various sorts, Agua Trip gave out instruments of the rhythmic genus and throughout the second set the room was sending us their accompaniment. Michele keeps winning stuff, everytime, and we swear we aren't rigging the elections. Bill's brother, Roberto, celebrated his birthday and he sang "Get Over It" with us. Ginger Burden joined us in singing "Sleep trips and falls", which made my night. To everyone who was newly met, it was a pleasure making your acquaintance and we can't wait to see you again.
